Abstract (EN)
In this work, the towed howitzer, the self-propelled howitzers and the tank etcetera artillery recoil mechanisms used from past to present are investigated and their dynamic equation of motion is derived. The results obtained from the equation of motion are compared with the fire test results of a weapon system which has independent type short stroke recoil mechanism.
