Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, the importance of hospitality management is increasing day by day. Consequently, some improvements and innovations are seen in the service management. One of the most important examples of such improvements and innovations are constituted of good organizational climate in hospitality management. Thanks to good organizational climate employee satisfaction in hospitality management is increasing. As a result of employee job satisfaction customers are rendered with service at higher quality. If an organization has good organizational climate, its profitability and communication between workers will increase. Besides, workers? turnover will decrease. All of these factors depend on the management of an organization. If the management of an organization has leadership characteristics, there will be a good organizational climate.The main goal of this study is to find out whether there is a correlation between organizational climate and leadership in hospitality management. This research tired to identify and measure the importance of leadership in organizational climate. First chapter is constituted of theory of hospitality management. In the following chapter organizational climate is explained. The last part sheds light on leadership and empirical research is made.In the empirical study the main sample is composed of workers of `Narlidere? recreation and dispensary centre. The questionnaire technique is used as a sample data collection.This study will enable us to understand how organization?s employees perceive the organizational climate at its various dimensions and will help organizations to perceive their internal managerial problems and find solution for resolving them.Key Words: Hospitality management, Organizational Climate, Leadership
