Abstract (EN)

Ahilik (Akhism) is a civil organization that had been established on cultural and economic bases in the 12. century in Anatolia which always protected public interests. Because the Ahilik todays puts forward the trade organization its moral, faith, social solidarity and integration charachteristics are not handled enough. Ahilik is not only an economic integration but also a cultural value that carries out our tradition from past to next generation and a social policy of social wellfare and justice. It aims to keep the consciousness of "me" as "we" as an accepted idea for the human honour. For this purposes Ahilik presented financial and moral dynamics as fundemantel bases. The Ahilik begining with the individual aimed to achieve the ideal society. Although the sociatal mentality is at the forefront of Ahilik it introduced the "from individual to society" and "from me to we" sentiments. The Ahilik beyond the host society targets serving all people around the world. The principles of Ahilik are constructed around this mission. The Ahilik organization aimed serving to society and for this purpose the organization paid effort to solve the problems of disadvanteged groups. In comparing to actuel terms the Ahilik organization is a civil society organization that could be a taken as an example of social services coming from past to future. The Ahilik could be a guide for us at "micro, mezzo and macro level" approches to sistematize the social services. The structuring of individual, group and society at Ahilik must be a historical theory in the memory of social service. Also it represents a model of social cohesion and solidarity relation. The Ahilik organization at the same time ignored gender discrimination and gave a role two women in the structure and name them as "bacıyanı rum". Thus it could be seen that the Ahilik organisation had not discrimated the people from any backround and tried to equalise all individual in society. Beside it protected the individiual as well as the society from economic crysis. The organization corresponds to social security system in our times with the aid funds, trader funds etc solidarity programs had been astablished. Thus the feeling of belonging and loyalty to state were provided. In wider terms the Ahilik highlight our Daily social service system.
