Abstract (EN)
There is no doubt that understanding the Qur'an and practising its rules is based on having a good control over the Arabic language and Rhetorics. Also 'I'rab' which means 'Expression/Analysis' has an effective role on the verses. Therefore, we can find vast volumes of books written about 'I'rab' in the İslamic Libraries and Universities all over the world. All these works, aim to faciliate understanding and practising the Qur'an which will remain untill the Day of Judgement. Whereas Rhetoric, is an art which seeks to find out the deep meanings and the relation between words and sentences. Yes, it is a Linguistic art. All arts, are effective on human. However, the Qur'an has such an outstanding and perfect rhetoric art that it has always influenced the mankind and will remain influencing them. The I'râb factor and rhetoric arts are two functions that enrich the Qur'an and constitute a dense sense. Without understanding these two facts, it will be difficult to understand the Qur'an in depth. When the two arts; I'râb and rhetoric are obtained, the Qur'an will become clearer in a more concise and broader perspective. Keywords: Qur'an, Ahqâf, Arabic Language, I'rab, Rhetoric, Meaning
