Abstract (EN)

The Quran is a set of divine rules sent down to regulate the lives of its addressees. Muslims have tried to organize their prayers and daily life activities within the framework of these rules. In order to better understand the rules of this order, commentaries on the provisions were written explaining the verses, especially those including the matters of worship, transactions and ukûbât. Nearly 100 years after the death of the Hazrat Rasul, Mukatil bin Süleyman (d. 150/767) wrote down the first commentary on the rulings under the name of Tefsîrü'l-ḫamsi miʾe âye mine'l-Ḳurʾân.In the ongoing process, exegetes such as Cessâs (d. 370/917), Ibnü'l-Arabî (d. 543/1148), and Kurtubi wrote tafsirs under the name Ahkâmu'l-Kur'an. The aim of this study is to methodologically examine Hamdi Döndüren's work titled Ahkamü'l-Qur'an, Qur'an-ı Kerîm and Tafsir of Fiqh, which is one of the recent commentary on the rulings written in Turkish and the newest one. In this regard, both this last written tafsir of the rulings and the tafsirs of the rulings that the same work takes as sources are addressed in general terms in this study. However, it's estimated that Döndüren's last work named Ahkamü'l Qur'an, Qur'an-ı Kerîm and Tafsir of Fiqh will stand out moremore. The Exegete was not only dealt with the verses of rulings, but also examined the Qur'an from beginning to end, unlike other tafsir of the rules. Thus, the fact that the provisions stated in the Quran were addressed in integrity in his study made it easier for his study to reach a wider audience.
