Abstract (EN)

Among the classical hadith sources, Ahmed b. Hanbel's work titled al-Müsned constitutes the main source of our work, which has an important place in terms of narration volume and seniority. In our study, we tried to examine the narrations of Abu Bakr's narrations. The main goal of our thesis is to turn some of this work, which is Musnad type, into the type of musnnef. It is also to carry out an extensive investigation of these narrations and to determine how these narrations are used as evidence in the field of Basic Islamic Sciences. The first part of our study, it contains information about Ahmed b. Hanbel's life and al-Musnad. In the second part, narrations are separated according to their subjects, attribution analyzes are made and after the necessary researches, sound provisions are made about each of them. In the third part, the "merfu" and "mevkuf" of the narrations and the ones who are well known were determined. In addition, the cerh and ta'dîl states of the narrators in the attribution were determined. Then, it is mentioned whether these narrations are used as evidence in sciences, fiqh, tafsir, Koran sciences, siyer and history according to the subject density.
