Abstract (EN)

Austenitic stainless steels like chromium, nickel, manganese, molibdenum alloy is a high-strength, high-alloyed steel types containing elements. Austenitic stainless steels, nickel or manganese contained in the composition of alloy elements are stable at room temperature with austenite structure. Corrosion resistance is high. When under the influence of elastic spring force capable of engineering materials change shape manufactured during energy change like this (strain energy) that can store, the effect of the force acting on in whole or in part, the shape of the wake up time and the old in the meantime is stored energy can back a portion of the machine. Metal clips, automotive, white goods, etc. in sectors such as parts used to assemble, fixing. This work also; Located in its composition of AISI 301 stainless steel alloying nickel arc characteristics in construction. Of various proportions of different degrees of thermal processing distorted equivalents, after these operations have been made (shaped) deformation and heat treatment on the microstructure of the material, the bow reviews, mechanical properties of the parameter determination of different hardness and phase changes. Keywords: AISI301 stainless steel spring, Hardness, X-ray diffraction
