Abstract (EN)

Hydatid disease, endemic, progression, serious complications and, rarely, spontaneously regressed due to an important health problem. There was no mortality in our study, the total of 143 patients. Whether there is a difference between the presence of morbidity and the variables were tested with Student-t test. The average morbidity in patients with perforation of standard deviation is 0, 5 ±0, 50, while those without seen that the mean and standard deviation value of 0. 29 ±0. 49. A significant difference was found between these two average.( P = 0,01)Gender,ciyst size and lokation of impact on morbidity has been found.( X ² = 0. 00 p = 1. 00)As a result, a perforated lung cyst hydatids significantly increased postoperative morbidity was found to prolong the duration of hospital stay.
