Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine, in other words, to reveal the relationship between artificial intelligence anxiety, technostress and job insecurity experienced by smart airport employees towards Industry 4.0 transformation. In the first part of the thesis, a conceptual framework on Industry 4.0 was created and theoretical information about artificial intelligence applications in smart airports and some examples from applications were given. It was tried to examine various concerns arising from artificial intelligence by mentioning how these technologies may affect the employees in the aviation sector. In the second chapter, the dimensions and models of job insecurity, technostress and related subjects are analyzed and explained theoretically. In the third and final part of the thesis, the results in the literature and successful examples are discussed, and the results of the survey on the relationship between Industry 4.0 artificial intelligence anxiety, job insecurity and technostress conducted on the smart airport sample group and the research results obtained are included. In this section, the research was conducted quantitatively and carried out in the form of content analysis. Relational survey method was used as a method and cross-sectional research was conducted in terms of duration. Literature-based questionnaire method was used as data collection tools. Findings of the research, a positive relationship was found between artificial intelligence anxiety, technostress and job insecurity perception of smart airport employees in Industry 4.0 transformation. Artificial intelligence anxiety levels of the participants are at a medium level, but the anxiety level of the participants in the 36-40 age group is higher, the anxiety levels of the female participants in the Artificial intelligence configuration are higher, the technostress levels of the participants are at a medium level, but the techno-uncertainty levels are above the medium level, It was determined that male participants' techno-uncertainty stress levels were higher, techno-uncertainty and techno-complexity stress levels differed according to their educational status, job insecurity perceptions were at medium level, female participants' job insecurity perceptions were higher, but did not change depending on other demographic variables.
