Within the scope of this study, a school social work group intervention program targeting the audience, which is one of the bullying roles, was developed in order to improve the intervention skills of the audience and to change the attitude towards bullying in a positive way. Mixed design was used in the research. While the quasi-experimental model was used in the quantitative part of the study, the focus group interview was used in the qualitative part. The study group consisted of 36 (18 experimental group and 18 control group) 4th grade students. In the study, the Bystander Intervention in Bullying Scale was used as a measurement tool to measure the intervention skills of the audience. In order to measure the effect of the program on the attitudes of the audience towards bullying, the Attitude Towards Bullying Scale for Children was used. In order to measure the effectiveness of the program, as in addition to quantitative data, qualitative data gathered with focus group interviews were analyzed. As a result, it was shown that the developed program was effective in students' attitudes towards peer bullying and in improving the audience's response skills against bullying. It is thought that expanding the scope of the developed program in future studies and testing its effectiveness by applying it to different age groups will yield better results
