Abstract (EN)
In this thesis study, Al0,2Ga0,8As/ GaAs multi quantum well ( MQW) is grown with Molecular Beam Epitaxy (V80H-MBE). Crystal Structure analyse and optical properties of grown Al0,2Ga0,8As/ GaAs compound semiconductor is determined by high resolution X-Ray diffraction (HR-XRD), Spectroscopic Elipsometry (SE), and optic microscope systems.
