Abstract (EN)

Biotechnology, food, textile and paper industries, -amylase enzyme is of great importance in applications that are abundant in nature, economical and inexpensive biopolymer chitosan with covalently immobilized on carriers will be prepared with the composite. For this purpose, chitosan, nanoclay (hydrophilic bentonite) and mixed with chitosan material, such as Fe2O3, composite beads dropping into the suspension formed tripolyphosphate. For the beads, glutaraldehyde and/or with epichlorohydrin activated and, -amylase enzyme will be immobilized by covalent bonding. Immobilization optimization studies, the effect of immobilization period, the effect of the concentration of ?-amylase enzyme, examined the effect of cross- linker type and concentration. In addition, the effect of pH on the activities of the free enzyme and immobilized enzyme, the effect of the severity of the effect of temperature and ion examined. However, the ?-amylase enzyme is immobilized, and the free enzyme, thermal, pH and storage stability compred. The reusability of the immobilized ?-amylase enzyme studied. The prepared composite carriers characterization Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) will be made.
