Abstract (EN)

This study focuses on the relationship between perceived service quality and repurchase intention in the golf tourism industry. The main purpose of the research is to determine the difference between the expectations of customers playing golf at golf clubs in Belek and their perceptions of service quality. In addition, this study examines the service quality and benefits offered by golf clubs. Service quality in golf clubs was measured using the Servqual measurement model. The reason why this scale is preferred is that this method has been successfully applied in many enterprises of the tourism sector. The universe of the research consists of customers playing golf in golf clubs in Belek, Antalya. Quantitative analysis was applied in the research and the research data were collected with a questionnaire. Research data were analyzed through SPSS program. Descriptive statistics, factor, reliability multiple regression analyzes were performed. As a result of the analysis, when the dimension that most affects the golf service quality is examined, it is seen that the most important variable is enthusiasm, followed by physical properties and reliability, respectively. In addition, it has been determined that all dimensions of service quality in golf clubs have a positive effect on repurchase intention.
