Abstract (EN)
In recent years, significant advances in the healthcare field have taken place by using robotic technology. Todays, using robotic technology has become a necessity to facilitate the lives of disabled people and enable them to continue their daily lives easily. In this study, a sensor network controlled disabled person vehicle is designed for keeping the disabled person who paralyzed from the neck down due to various reasons or cannot use his/her hand under surveillance, and it is intended to enable them to maintain the highest quality of life. Also, the real time vital signs are evaluated with developed surveillance system and these vital signs together with location information are sent to relative of disabled person in case of an emergency via SMS.
