Aliya İzzetbegovic's views on education, religious education and teaching

Alija Izzetbegovic with his knowledge, leadership and politic personality is one of the most important personalities who have struggled with his people for the universal values which are human and Islamic. Many researches have been done to understand the struggle of Alija Izetbegovich and his ideas and thoughts. In this study, his thoughts about education, religious education and teaching were analyzed. In order to understand the fundamental dynamics that guide Alija Izetbegovich's thought systematics and practical life, it is necessary to try to understand the formation of the world of thoughts and the reasons that shape it. The first area to be investigated is the geographical location, the population structure, the old and the recent history of Bosnia. Secondly, it is imperative that we should focus on his life with all its stages. Alija Izetbegovich's works show theoretically not a great deal of education, religious education and teaching, but the majority of his messages about education and training are practically attracted by all levels of his life. According to him, the root of the moral collapse of humanity lies in being uneducated or mis-educated. While he points to the differences and similarities between the West and the East, his main purpose is to get rid of the collapse of the Islamic world. The realities in the center of life, such as education, school, women, family, individual, society, economy, politics should be re-interpreted and interpreted in the lights of Islam. In addition to the concepts such as religion, science, art, literature, history and morality, the consciousness of responsibility and freedom should be handled with a new understanding and should be used in the construction of a new generation by taking off from the western complex.
