Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the effect of shopping attributes on destination satisfaction and destination loyalty in the example of Alanya and to determine whether destination satisfaction has a mediating role in the relationship between shopping attributes and destination loyalty. In the study, which was carried out using the quantitative research method, a questionnaire was applied to domestic and foreign tourists visiting Alanya. A total of 479 questionnaires were obtained through convenience sampling. The data obtained were evaluated with quantitative analysis methods by using the SPSS 24 statistical program. According to the results of the analysis, important results have been reached regarding the effects of the shopping attributes of Alanya on the loyalty to Alanya as a destination. According to these results, it has been determined that shopping attributes affect destination loyalty positively. In other words, increasing satisfaction with shopping attributes is a factor that significantly increases destination loyalty. Destination satisfaction has been found to have a partial mediating role in the relationship between shopping characteristics and destination loyalty.
