Abstract (EN)

Firms, in their intense competitive conditions, they can survive and progress in order to process, reducing costs and raising quality, re-configure. In these context, firms, applications are oriented toward more perfect. Six sigma; 3,4 defect per million and perfect orientation with an understanding of the firms to obtain successful results due today is the most effective approaches.This study; Manufacturing industry operating 11 firms, six sigma Project implementation through surveys and analysis of these applications include analysis. Pursuant to this analysis, six sigma project management practices before and after making a comparison between the economic and technical achievements have been identified as a business. Findings obtained in the ANOVA and correlation analysis were applied Minitab program.As a result of this study, the most effective strategic aims, customer satisfaction and revenue are to obtain upper management support is indispensable, cost reduction, quality and efficiency is increased, land-generation owner of human resources was concluded that increased.
