Abstract (EN)
In the first part, Patient information with Weight Transfer Problems to the Lower and Upper Extremities, literature summary and objectives of the thesis are described. In the second part, the topics of Fuzzy Logic method theory are discussed in detail. In the third section, the Fuzzy Models Established for the Treatment of Patients with Weight Transfer Problems to the Lower and Upper Extremities are established and the results obtained are evaluated and shown to be used as an alternative solution method for the treatment of patients. In the developed model, two input variables, Exercise Habit and Assistive Device Use, were used. Fuzzy term sets (Linguistic Definition Ranges) were defined by expert decision makers. An attempt was made to determine the Optimal Walking Performance Level as an Output Variable. In the study, the input value range is specified as (0-100) and the entries for exercise habits and auxiliary device use are ensured to be within this range. The output value range is defined in the range of (0-30) seconds. The limits of the membership functions are also determined in the parameters section. Fuzzy Optimal Walking Performance Times (Defuzzification Results) are shown with the values suggested by the fuzzy logic system based on the written rules. Fuzzy Control Design method and Fuzzy Models, a Desktop Computer with 16 GB RAM, 2 TB harddisk and 12 VRAM video card with a 3.5 Ghz processor, and calculations were made using MATLAB R2024b/ Fuzzy Logic tool as a programming language.
