Abstract (EN)

In this Project, first designed mould of the plates on which heat treatment will be applied. Used CATIA V5 3D solid modelling programmes to constitute mould. Afterwards mould complates, casted 36 Plates on which heat treatment will be apply by using A356 Aluminyum alloy in standarts. Owing to different using ratios of the Mg element in casting process, realized two different kinds of casting process. Used 5M induction mine for casting. Afterwards casting process, separated nutritives from plate. Measured and controlled plane of the plates by using 3D measurement device at 20 point on each plate. Recorded each measurement result. Indicated experiment criterias by using Minitab R14 program for each plate.According to indicated experiment criterias, as a result, it is found how to be influenced of plane A356 alloy which is used large wide in automative sector, by heat treatment proceses ( solution heat treating, quenching, age hardening) indicated condutions giving us least plane deformationNevertheless, realized steady-state thermal, transient thermal and flexible dynamic analysises on 4 plates without grooves and 4 plates with grooves by using ansys programme; Experiment results made with 30 wheels and existing plates were compared with each other.Keywords: Heat treatment, A356, AlSi7, wheel
