Abstract (EN)

Protective effect of oxide layers formed on aluminum in sulphuric acid solutions, in various anodizing conditions (potential, temperature of electrolyte, anodizing time and electrolyte concentration) were investigated in %3,5 NaCl and 0,2 M Na2SO4 solutions. The most protective oxide layers were optain the temperature range from 15 up to 20 OC and low potentials (15-20 V). Experimental results showed that Cl ? ions in solutions were decreased protective effect of oxide layer and caused pitting corrosion, although sulphate ions were increased the protective effect of oxide layer Key Words: Corrosion, Aluminium, Anodizing.
