Informing about packaging design and packaging of medicine as an application area

Packaging design is the same age as humanity history. At first, the packaging was used for storage and protection purposes. Today, packaging is used for presentation, storage, dispatching and informing besides protection and preservation. If the packaging introduces the product well, the consumer who examines the packaging understands the product more accurately. The packaging can transfer itself how well and fast, the consumer likes the product more quickly. There is little or a lot information on all packaging surfaces. Generally, design area on packaging is little, information to be transferred is a lot. Designer must arrange this information mass with graphical interfaces. If the consumer reaches the right information, he/she believes the product. Packaging's which arouse sense of confidence besides a striking appearance wriggle from competitors easily. This situation differs from packaging's of medicines used with a doctor recommendation or prescription. Packaging's of medicines can't target to come into prominence on the market shelf or(to) be sold more. Packaging od medicine must be understandable, confidential and distinguishing. So using and transferring information properly on Packaging's of medicine are vital. In these thesis studies "Informing about Packaging Design and Packaging of medicine as an Application Area" a general overview on using information for packaging designs is offered, furthermore packaging's of medicine are evaluated within the scope of information. In order to better understanding of the subject and make healthy frames, it is focused on the concept of general packaging in first part. In the second part of the thesis, using information on packaging design and informing functions are analysed in depth. In third part of thesis, informing subject of medicine packaging was evaluated. Within the scope of thesis, packaging of Depakin medicine used by epilepsy patients redesign and a new medicine was(is) packaging is offered alternatively attained findings and data's are in the result
