Abstract (EN)

In this study conducted in 2024, it was aimed to determine the effects of cerium oxide nanoparticles (CeO₂-NP) (0, 25, 50, 100 mg L⁻¹) under drought stress on drought resistant 1103 Paulsen and drought sensitive 5 BB amerikan grapevine rootstocks by morphological, physiological and biochemicel parameters. Various parameters such as shoot length, shoot wet and dry weight, leaf number, chlorophyll content, ion flow, antioxidant enzyme activity were evaluated by analyzed. According to the results obtained, in terms of physical parameters; 0 mg L-¹ CeO₂-NP treatment of irrigated 5 BB rootstock in term of shoot fresh- dry weight and root fresh- dry weight, 50 mg L-¹ CeO₂- NP treatment of irrigated 5 BB rootstock in term of dry matter content, 25 mg L-¹ CeO₂- NP treatment of non- irrigated 5 BB rootstock in terms of shoot length and 50 mg L-¹ CeO₂-NP treatment of irrigated 1103 Paulsen rootstock in terms of leaf number. Regarding the physiological parameters; 0 mg L-¹ CeO₂-NP of irrigated 5 BB rootstock in terms of chlorophyll content, 0 mg L-¹ CeO₂-NP of non- irrigated 5 BB rootstock in terms of ion flow and 25 mg L-¹ CeO₂-NP of non- irrigated 1103 Paulsen 25 mg L-¹ CeO₂- NP treatments in terms of HZZO came to the fore. In the results of enzyme activities, the differences were statistically significant in terms of protein amount, SOD and APX enzyme activity
