Evaluation of factors that affect the higher education institutions preferences of students who are educating in music department of high schools of fine arts with the viewpoints of both teachers and students

This study is done to evaluate, with the points of view of both teachers and the students, the factors that affect the choices of Higher Education institutions where the students in Music Departments of Anatolian High Schools of Fine Arts will get their further educations after graduating. All of the Anatolian High Schools of Fine Arts in Turkey form the universe of this research; and zmir Isılay Saygın AHSFA, Denizli Hakkı Dereköylü AHSFA and Mugla AHSFA form the sample of this research. Data concernet with the research are collected with inquiries of students and teachers which is developed by researcher. The validity-reliability studies of these inquiries are done in Kemalpasa Ümran Baradan AHSFA, Balıkesir Kadriye Kemal Gürel AHSFA and Aydın Yüksel Yalova AHSFA. In this research, in the preferences of students on higher education institutions; the effects and importance of social environments, duties of teachers and schools for the healthy preferences of students, affects of teachers and schools in higher education institution preferences of students, expectations of students from this institutions and affects of this institutions on these preferences, importance of studies on the subject of arrangement of art education given in AHSFA and productive processing of these art educations are mentioned. information levels of students about the higher education institutions that bevels (gives education) concerned with their area and affects of this situation on these preferences, position of the students mood and affects mood on these preferences are tried to be given, students and teachers views are defined with these inquiries that are concerned with these subjects. Besides,in addition to these subjects,in order to have a healthy preference in higher education institutions of students concerned with their own areas,some suggestions are given about the applications,which related units of Ministry of Education must do urgently and some wrong applications that are made in this area are being argued.The positive affects on the subjects of functionality of Art Education Council and Program Development Committee which have very important
