Traditions are important concepts of social life, culture and the history. Besides there are some traditions which helps to improve the civilization, there are some traditions destroys the society. There have been many Turkish activities and traditions while the battles played determinative role in the battles and the international relations. It is known fact that these traditions, roots originated from Central Asia, affected the tactics and battle philosophy of Turkish states. ?Military Traditions of the first Turkish states that Established in Anatolia? is consisted of three sections. In the first chapter, the military actions and traditions which take place before battle, in the second chapter, the military actions and traditions in the battle, and in the last chapter, after battle military actions and traditions has been identified and the effects to the nation researched.
