Abstract (EN)
The use of mobile systems is more advantageous compared to the fixed platforms in terms of speed, cost, and ease of access etc. However, operations in the field of health information systems participate in digital environment by new applications every day. In this study aimed to develop a medical monitoring system work on mobile platform. With this system, it would be possible to monitor the baby's vaccinations, pregnancy checks and monitoring of chronically ill patients and to transport these information to interested parties. The system developed is designed to be run on the Android operating system by using Eclipse, Java and XML. The using rate of the program is expected to be increased since it comes with great conveniences especially for the doctors to follow up their patients and vaccines, has a potential of reaching out a wider population and includes a warning.
