Abstract (EN)
Crises that can prevent businesses from achieving their goals can directly affect individuals as well as businesses and institutions. It can affect many areas, both positive and negative, in terms of psychological, sociological, economic and health. Crises that businesses experience or will experience can have a butterfly effect over time. A crisis originating from a business may bring about the end of the business, but it also affects the country's economy. This research is important in terms of determining the crisis perspective of businesses operating in Ankara and determining how much they internalize crisis management processes. The research aims to determine the reactions of small, medium and large businesses operating in Ankara when they face a crisis or before the crisis. The research method includes literature review and sending the survey created in electronic environment face to face and via e-mail. For this purpose, the first part of the research includes the theoretical information obtained as a result of the literature review, and the second part includes the interpretation of the findings obtained through the survey. When we take into account the data obtained through survey data, the sample and the data of the chambers of industry, the more sensitive businesses are to crises, the more resilient they become. Businesses with low sensitivity levels are more susceptible to crises. A proposition was created by evaluating the research data and findings. Internal and external window perspective modeling will enable the business to carry out innovation activities at low cost and avoid costly research and development expenses. It is an affordable alternative to crisis management systems that business management finds costly. The perspective that includes innovation itself should be an up-to-date addition to the crisis management process. They will be able to maintain their existence in businesses like constantly renewing organisms.
