Comparison of Qality of Life of The Persons Who Applied to Some Prımary HealthCare Center Locating ın Ankara Province Center According to Their Social and HealthStatus FeaturesDr. Hakan TÜZÜNAbstractThe participants of the research consist of 2560 people who are 18 years oldand over who applied at the primary health care centers. Amongst the applications aiming atthe people?s receiving health admission who are under the age of 18 like baby follow, childfollow, and vaccination, the guardians of these people have been included at the scope of theresearch as the ones who applied at the institution of health. The level for quality of life hasbeen determined with WHOOQL-BERF developed by World health Organization.It has been determined that the score decreases amongst the women, the groups ofmore aged ones, the ones who have got any chronic illness, the ones who have got any presentcomplaint within the final 15 days when the linear regression model of the factors whichdetermine quality of life for physical health domain; and it has been determined that the scoreincreases when the educational level, group of income and socioeconomic category rise. Thesame result is valid, with the exception of existence of complaint for psychological healthdomain, the existence of complaint and chronic illness for social relationships domain, thegroup of sex and age for environment domain.For the health promotion activities that think the quality of life as a scale to be able toreach at its purpose, the socioeconomic inequalities should be taken in to consideration.
