Semantic web oriented personalised e-commerce product suggestion system

The interest to semantic web technology have been increased with studies through time. Importance of the data have been increased nowadays to meet requirement of using to optimisation, user experience improvement etc. This increment have came along with meaningful information requirement. To fulfill these requirements and increase the legibility of data, semantic web have provided machines ability to interpret data just as humans. In this study, an electronic commerche system have been developed to offer more relevant products to users by searching literature and, examples which used semantic web technology. At the stage of development of the system, one of approved ontology development methods has been choosed first. Through the scope of thesis sections firstly, semantic web's ability of fulfilling demands has been introduced. In the second section, semantic web and its technologies within has been explained. Third section have explained, necessary tools to make development in semantic web. In the 4th section information about application development steps have been given. 5th section have included knowledge about developed system. Lastly suggestions have been given to improve designed system.
