Abstract (EN)
In the scope of the study, first of all, the stages of occurrence of the joint stock company general assembly, the types of the general assembly resolutions and the legal quality are explained. In the second part of the study, the legal regulations in which the butt takes place and the reasons of the butt in these regulations are discussed. In the third section, the way the bill is put forward and its legal impact on the decisions of the general assembly are examined. Furthermore, the issue of abuse of the right, which is the limit of the assertion of the thigh without limitation of time, was emphasized. In the conclusion part, it was stated that the implementation of the general assembly resolutions in the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and the implementation of the general assembly resolutions in the Turkish Code of Obligations will not be abandoned completely. It has been concluded that the provisions of the law of obligations will be applied to the extent that the decisions of the general assembly are in compliance with the budget. As the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code were not sufficient, the study was concluded by including solutions and opinions that a detailed regulation of the budget should be introduced.
