Abstract (EN)
On joint stock companies, the task of organizing the annual report is a non-assignable duty and authority of the board of directors. The annual report is in relation with release of the board of directors and independent audit. The aim of this work is to explain conceptual framework, contents, organizing process and relation with independent audit of the annual report.
