Every scholar raised in the Islamic cultural tradition has written works to contribute to the scientific heritage. The types of these works were different and as a result, many works were written in a wide variety of genres and in different fields. There is no doubt that annotations are among the most important of these copyright types. Due to the importance of the mentioned issue, the subject of our thesis was chosen as the investigation of a work in the annotation genre. Our thesis consists of two main parts. In the first part, information about Arabzâde's life, upbringing, teachers and students is given. In the same section, the life of Imam Beyzâvî is mentioned. The last topic of this section is the positive and negative aspects of annotation-type works. At the end of this section, the introduction of the copies used as the basis for the investigation is included. In the second part, there is the research study of the Surah Az-Zumar section of Arabzâde's annotation to Imam Beyzâvî's commentary named Envâru't-tenzîl ve esrârü't-te'vîl. The study is completed with the conclusion section
