A simulation application on FDR test, a sequantial multiple comparison tests

Analysis of Variance, in the case of more than two groups determine whether there were differences between the groups. However, due to the difference in order to determine which group benefited from multiple comparison tests. Because there are many techniques for multiple comparisons, two of the most important points to decide which technique is the most appropriate are the numbers of the groups and the features of the data set. Also it?s important to consider for the researcher that whether any of the group is reference for the others and the measurement scale of the variable which is considered for the units of the mass. In this study, multiple comparison tests which are recently more widely used to determine the differences between groups when the null hypothesis is rejected are examined. In the study some of the early studies summarized after some knowledge about the literature is given, than some information about analysis of variance and multiple comparison, multiple difference and sequential multiple comparison tests which can be used when the null hypothesis is rejected, are given respectively. In application part of the study MATLAB software is used to obtain the date sets simulatively for different sample sizes and for the different numbers of variables for the application on FDR test. The results of the analysis are given in the related tables.
