Abstract (EN)
In this study, basic information about numerical semigroups and Arf numerical semigroups is given. It is examined how Arf numerical semigroups are obtained with the help of conductors. The necessary propositions for obtaining Arf numerical semigroups with multiplicity up to 10 with conductors are given. RF-matrices of the obtained Arf numerical semigroups are found. By decomposing these RF-matrices into row vectors, generator sets of ideals of Arf numerical semigroups were obtained. All these studies were supported by GAP program and codes.
