Abstract (EN)

In this study, electron impact scattering and ionization cross sections have been measured for electron beam energy 55-350 eV. The angular distributions of elastic differential and double differential cross sections have been measured for different ejection energies. The results were compared with measurements avaible in the literature and good agreement has been found. Double differential cross sections are obtained by measuring angular and energy distributions of one of the outgoing particles after electron impact ionization. In this work, angle dependent double differential cross sections are measured between 55 and 350eV incident electron energy impact. Elastic and inelastic energy loss spectra are obtained to determine the energy resolution of the spectrometer. Measured elastic differential cross sections compared to existing data in literature to test the reliability of the spectrometer. To understand the electron impact ionization that is experimentally quite important to measure relative cross sections. This study is a preliminary study for further TDCS measurements and presents experimental data for understanding the dinamics of many-particle systems.
