Abstract (EN)
In this paper, the practices intended to identification, registration and conservation of the immovable cultural assets which are in the scope of Law on the Protection of Cultural and Natural Property (2863) which is amended by laws which have numbers of 3386 and 5226, are addressed. Conservation site concept and conservation site kinds which constitute the important part of the Immovable Cultural Property are explained and identification, registration and conservation of the Archeological conservation sites which is one of these kinds are explained and in this manner the processes done related to Eskiyapar Mound are searched and presented. During the preparation of this paper, mainly laws and regulations that are related are used as reference. In addition, as Eskiyapar Mound is in the responsibility of the 2 no. Ankara Regional Council for Conservation, the archives of the related Council Directorate are also used.
