Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to investigate and improve the quality of water used in vaccine production and to examine the productıon system. Vaccines are the only healthcare investment that will prevent health, economic, and psychological losses and save Money by purifying microorganismas such as viruses and bacteria from causing disease or by eliminating the effects of the toxins secreted by some microorganisms. New vaccines are being devoloped and introduced every day. Studies are ongoing to ensure the effective and efficient use of these vaccines. The water used in each stage of vaccine production is as crucial as the raw materials used in vaccine production. Deionized water is widely used in vaccine production. Deionized water is water that has been completely or largely removed from its mineral and ion content. This makes the water electrically neutral. This water is also called ultrapure water. Obtaining and storing ultrapure water, as well as preserving its physical , chemical, and microbiological properties, is crucial for vaccine production. In this study, the quality and efficiency of the water required for vaccine production, as well as the processes used for its production, were examined and numerically calculated. Furthermore, the properties of ultrapure water in US and European standarts were compared and evaluated to provide insights, data, and experience for those planning to produce ultrapure water for vaccine production
