Abstract (EN)

The result of cement paste sample experiments, there were differences in setting time and volume expansion value that are depended on PC, Waste Tire Powder and BFS?s chemical structure, specific surface and porosity values. In addition, Waste Tire Powder and BFS showed different electrokinetic behavior and surface properties to PC. All these differences did affect the flexural and compressive strengths of cement mortar samples. As a result, highly resistive cements can be obtained by participation of BFS and Waste Tire Powder in specific proportions, by this way it was considered that using these materials in cement industry provide economic and ecologic benefits.
