Abstract (EN)
Self-compacting concrete (SCC) is a type of flowable and spreadable concrete, under its own weight, without separation or flowing, requiring no vibration, where the density reinforced section is concentrated under its own weight and can flow into the mold without vibration. The unique feature of SCC concrete is its excellent deformability and machinability, which allows it to withstand its integrity without fragmentation or decomposition. By using both marble powder (MP) and fly ash (FA), it is possible to obtain a high quality SCC for different mixtures by obtaining compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and high fire resistance under temperature. In this study, the effects of fly ash (FA) and marble dust (MP), an industrial waste, on SCC were investigated. By keeping the entire component structure of the SCC constant and changing only the MP and FA ratio, twelve SCC mix groups were formed, which included a total of four batch MP ratios (0%, 5% and 10%) and FA ratio (0%, 2.5%, 5% and 7.5%). The aim of this thesis is to use and determine the best ratio of these thin materials (filler) instead of cement and to evaluate the effects of self-compacting concrete on freshness and hardening properties and to investigate some mechanical and physical properties of SCC mixtures. The water-cement ratio, the selected mixing degree and the additional superplasticizer values were kept constant. Experimental analysis on fresh concrete provided good flow diameter and physical values. The results obtained in the hardened concrete also resulted in high pressure and shrinkage in splitting. The measured compressive strength for fire resistance samples is good, except in cases where the samples are heated to 900 °C. Considering the calculated void percentages, the measurement of physical properties, density, percentage of water absorption and mean water absorption value were 2.9% and the average unit volume weight was 2.5 g / cm³. The average concrete permeability of the whole tested sample was found to be less than 0.045 mm / min.
