Abstract (EN)
Throughout history a part of the European continent, political and cultural relations with Turkey and the European Union full membership negotiations on 3 October 2005 as the official launch has gained a new dimension. At this stage, Turkey, the European Union, membership in the way of political, legal, cultural and economic reform has entered into a process is performed. Linguistic and cultural differences by adopting the principle of unity in diversity emphasis to the European Union, live in a different language and identity by creating a common European identity is the aim. The European Union on the way to achieve this goal the most important policies implemented have been language and cultural policy. Language policy as a multi-lingual policy, the European Union in this field his work was to investigate Turkey's integration in the process of language in it and realize I have the request to identify and European Union in the process of implementing the required language policies on offer suggestions to work the main purpose formed. Turkey, the European Union and the importance given to other issues in the process of integration until the language is also difficult to give enough importance. Because of language, is a society's most precious cultural assets and national assets is a guarantee.
