Abstract (EN)

The rapidly developing communications technology links the communities. The information and communication phenomenon as a result of interaction between cultures occurs in the increasingly shrinking world. This case realizes by using a language with meaning. Turkey Turkish Teaching Program accelerates the realization of this fact and forms the basis of the realization.The Turkey Turkish learners in TOMER in Turkey come from Africa, the Balkans, the Middle East, Central Asia and European countries. However the learners coming from these different countries have the lessons in the same class, use the same books and they are taught using the same methods, techniques and programs. The most basic problem is the application of the same Turkish education program for the learners coming from these different countries. Whereas the learners, whose native language is a Turkish dialect, face with some negatives while studying in the same class with the foreign learners. This situation slows down the learning of Turkey Turkish of the learners of Turkish origin. The learners, whose language and culture are completely foreign, face different challenges while studying the Turkey Turkish.So that to achieve success in teaching of Turkey Turkish the racemates living in Central Asia easier and faster, taking into account the living conditions, culture, traditions, the important similarities and differences in their languages, we tried to prepare the Example of Turkey Turkish A1 Level Teaching Program for the Learners of Turkish Origin from Central Asia in the Direction of the Common European Framework for Teaching Languages.Key Words: Turkey Turkish Teaching, learners of Turkish origin, Common Framework for Teaching European Languages, Turkey Turkish A1 Level Program.
