Thematic vocabulary study on Azerbaijan kitchen culture

In our thesis, in which we examined the thematic words of Azerbaijani Turkish culinary culture, the book "Explanated Dictionary of the Azerbaijani Language" belonging to Azerbaijani Turkish was scanned and the words that would be the basis of our thesis were identified and classified. This ability provides brief information about the relationship between food and cuisine, Azerbaijani Turks and Azerbaijani Turkish in the introduction section. Our thesis consists of four main parts. In the first section, information about thematic vocabulary is given. In the second part, tables of the vocabulary identified from the work titled "Explanatory Lüğəti of the Azerbaijani Language" were made. In the third section, the Turkish equivalents of the words classified as Azerbaijani Turkish culinary culture thematic vocabulary are given alphabetically, using the Turkish Dictionary of the Turkish Language Association. Finally, the fourth chapter contains general evaluations and conclusion.
