Abstract (EN)

Government systems reflect the political, economic and social characteristics of states. Each state carries out many studies to determine the government system suitable for its social, political and economic characteristics. States have been able to use different government systems throughout their history. As a matter of fact, states are always in motion because human life is always in motion. In our study, in this context, cultural and robbed the Republic of Azerbaijan, which is similar in the sense of the Republic of Turkey and the government systems were examined. The political stages of the two states are going through. However, government systems also have many similar differences from each other. In this sense, the government systems of the two states have been examined and compared in detail in our study. As a result of the study, it was seen that the government systems used by both states have many similar points as well as various differences.Key Words: Azerbaijan, Turkey, system of government, the presidency, the presidency.
