The comparision of opinion on the evaluation of teachers' and managers' performance working at minority Armenian offical and private kindergarden elementry and secondary schools

In today?s world, the primary goal of all organizations is to give the qualified products and services. For this reason, each organization coordinates its own recruitment studies. Performance management system, in these organizations investigates the staff?s performance and also give them a feedback about their performances. Therefore, the staff have a knowledge about their performance. In this study, Total Quality Management which is the crucial element of contemporary organizations and its important part, performance analysis system and their application of educational organizations specifically of Private Nursery School of Armenian Minorities, Private and Public primary and elementary schools located in Istanbul will be the objects of analysis. In addition to this, the openions of teachers and administrators working in these schools towards the 360 degree performance evaluation will be examined. In this study, a sample including 141 respondents that is formed by 15 managers and 126 teachers is designed and asked them of their openions toward performance evaluation system.
