Abstract (EN)
When the baglama teaching methods which are available in Turkey are examined, it is obvious that there are differences among the methods in terms of many ways. It is known that these differences lead to various problems in learning and teaching the baglama. In addition, the lack of a common transcription language in baglama teaching methods also causes differences of opinion among baglama performers regarding note deciphering. In this study, the transcription differences among the existing baglama methods were evaluated by analyzing, and a model proposal was tried to be presented for utilizing it in baglama note writing. Since both quantitative and qualitative methods were conducted in the study, the method of the study was determined as mixed method research. Baglama teaching methods published from the past to the present have formed the population of the research. In order to determine the sample, maximum diversity sampling was used as one of the objective sampling methods. The sample group of the study consists of 36 accessible baglama teaching methods. In the quantitative part of the study, the data were collected with the help of a questionnaire, and in the qualitative part, the data were collected through a semi-structured interview form. Percentage and frequency analyses were performed with the help of SPSS program to analyze quantitative data, and content analysis method was utilized to analyze qualitative data. In the analysis of baglama methods, it was found that there is no standard for the representation of basic performing techniques, wire group representation, plectrum (tezene) strike directions, finger (positioning) numbers, and local performance. Moreover, it has been revealed that the use of different transcriptions between methods poses a problem in the use of resources, the analysis of different methods, group performance, transcription performance, and the formation of a systematic educational model. As a result of the research, in order to solve the problem; it has been proposed that the common transcription model which is formed with a scientific approach, should be considered from a common point of view which is away from personal opinions, ideas, desires, and egos.
