Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, related rights are examined thoroughly. Related rights substantially analyze in two chapter according to Turkish Intellectual Property Law. One of them are neighbouring rights and the other is right of the film producers. Neighbouring rights are, performing artists (performers) rights, phonogram producers rights and broadcasting organizations rights. Afterward, intellectual property rights and history of related rights and neighbouring rights is analyzed. With this thesis, the main focus will lay on the consept, conditions and exceptions of related rights . Moreover, Suits, prescription and international rules have examined.
