Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the effects of financial crisis which have been the core of bank crisis after 80s in Latin America, in South-Eastern Asia, and lastly in Turkey, was covered. Three topics were chosen about the subject. How the crisis emerged? What are the results of the crisis? What could be the solutions for the results of the crisis? In the research process, literature has been studied deeply. The published researches, scientific thesis?s from the universities, the web sites of national banks which are BDDK, TBB, and TCMB, were analysed.Frequency analyse has been applied in order to find out how the employees of the banks were affected from the financial crisis. In this analyses, the survey questions of attachment 1 were asked to the employees of the three most important banks of the private banking sector of Turkey (Yapı ve Kredi, Garanti Bankası, Finansbank), and the results were commented by using frequency and x2 analyse. After my research, it is obvious that bank employees highly heed the banking crisis. Trust issue is very important, and the vital reason for the banking crisis until today has been mistrust to the system.
