Abstract (EN)
The hypothesis, that during a tournament, although high values are not observed as dense and high-loaded protocols, players who hold matches succesively can suffer from muscle damage related with team sports, is suggested in this study.Their age average Group. A: 23,70± 2,70, Group B: 22,80± 29,36, their length average A: 181,30±8, 12, B: 178,95± 4,68, their body weight A 76,18± 11,31, B: 69,60± 7,68, their training age A: 11,00 ±3,97,B: 8,20 ±3,55As a result, in MYB measurements made before and after the competitions between the matches in the tournament, a statistical meaningfulness has been observed between the competitions and the groups (p<0.01).In the recovery period, there is no difference between the measurements made after 24-48-72 hours. In CK measurements, there is a statistical meaningfulness between the measurements before and after competitions (p<0.01).In LDH measurements, statistical meaningfuness has been observed according to the measurements made both between the competitions and before and after the competitions (p<0.01).In the recovery period, according to LDH measurements made after 24-48-72 hours, there is a meaningful difference between the groups (p<0.01).In the recovery period, a statistical meaningfulness has been observed between the group who had a 10-minute active rest and the group who had a passive rest (p<0.01).In this study, it can be inferred that by the end of a 4-day basketball tournament, muscle damage reactions are observed in basketballers? skeleton muscles and only after 24-48-72 hours after these reactions come near normal values. Keywords: Basketball, Muscle Damage, CK, LDH, MYB, Recovery.
