Abstract (EN)

A significant proportion of world trade is carried out by the vessels. Ships out of this difficult journey of undesirable situations, one of the worst conditions on the last link in the chain of events resulting in the sinking of the ship wreck is removed. Incident from occurring, as well as the flag state and coastal state sovereign rights of states, such as differences in terms of showing the components of the incident must be managed with the international rules in this situation, especially with the threat environment that should be considered the common heritage of humanity is expressed in the Nairobi Convention for the study was conducted in practice.
