Abstract (EN)
In this study, the dialect characteristics of Afyonkarahisar with thevillages of Bayat town were tried to determine. Collections from town center andvillages were arranged to determine the dialect characteristics of the town. Wedictated the compiled materials according to the system in ''The PhoneticTranscription Alphabet That Will Be Used In Dialect Searches'', advised by TheTurkish Linguistic Society. We tried to explain the dialect characteristics ofBayat Region in the search of phonetics, morphology and dictionary studies thatwe arranged in our texts. Additionally, we explained the differentiating orshowing similarity sides of Bayat region dialect accordig to region by comparingwith Kütahya and Its Region Dialects, Usak Dialects, Afyon Centre Dialect,Isparta Centre Dialect, Characteristics.Key Words :Turkey?s Turkish, Dialect, Bayat, Afyonkarahisar
