Aim: The aim of this study is to examine the importance of Bayburt Private Administration Sports Club since its establishment, its purpose of establishment, management style, rise from professionalism to professional league, administrative and technical staff, facilities and the history of football in Bayburt and other football clubs in Bayburt. To analyze the historical development of the Special Administration Sports Club. Material and Method: In reaching the findings of the study, historical method has been used in the interpretation of the data obtained together with '' scanning and documentation scanning. This study, which has a descriptive historical research feature, was based on the formation of Football in Bayburt between 1930-2020 and the establishment and development phases of the Bayburt Special Administration Sport. For this purpose, the archives and websites of the Bayburt Private Administration Sports Club were scanned. It is also known that history transfer is an important research model. Through the personal interview form structured in the context of shedding light on the history of Bayburt Special Administration Sports, people who were in the Bayburt Private Administration Sports Club were interviewed with people who were actively involved in the club activities of the period, who were actors, coaches, managers and club heads. Findings: According to the findings of the research, information was obtained from the manager, coach, founders and football players of the club from the amateur league period to the professional league period of the Bayburt private administration sports club. In accordance with the information received, the historical development process of the club was compiled. Conclusion: The history of football in Bayburt and Bayburt, the origin of Football and Bayburt Special Administration Sport in Bayburt have been examined and integrated with the oral history in order to reveal the development phase of the Bayburt Special Administration Sports since its establishment.
